The universal widget allows you to build your own reports based on specified parameters.
This article explains how the widget works; how you can generate reports on the desired indicators, and how to set up the indicator axes to obtain a complete data display on the required parameters.
How to use the widget
You can set and configure a number of analytics parameters in the widget's axes.
The first axis is a sample (selection) of the indicator, the data of which must be displayed in the widget. For example, source (where the customer came from).
The second axis displays numerical indicators. The second axis also displays custom fields with the field type "Number". The widget displays two values: sum and average.
Note
In the expanded mode, graphs are displayed for the second axis options.
In the widget, you can select a third parameter (optional) - segmentation. Adding an additional parameter for analytics breaks the column into separate sections, which will allow you to obtain complete and detailed information on the selected criteria. As with the required axes, you can click on the name to select the desired analytics parameters. If, for example, sources are specified in the first axis, then in the third axis you can select any other parameter from the proposed list, except for sources.
If the third parameter is selected, the title of the widget is formed as [3rd parameter] / [1st axis].
You can add additional data for to be collected by the analytics tools. Custom fields (created in the system administration section of the same name) are used here. For details, see the related article.
Additional data in the drop-down list of the first and third axes are marked with a human figure and is located under the main list of indicators.
The settings allow you to specify which parameters must not be included in the outcome indicators.
Viewing all available indicators and graphs on one page. When viewing, it is possible to download a specific indicator in one of four formats: xls, csv, xml and json.
