Filtering and sorting the trigger list

To make it easier to work with the list of triggers, you can sort and filter the table in a number of different ways.

The following fields are available in the filter:

  • Name
  • Rule
  • Event
  • Action
  • Activity
  • Comment

By default, the table is filtered by the "Activity" field, where "Active" is selected. You can select multiple values in the "Event" and "Action" fields.

Note

Sorting is available for all columns, except for "Event" and "Action".

Group actions with triggers

In the list of triggers, it is possible to activate or deactivate triggers, as well as transfer them to a specific group. To do this, tick the desired triggers and select the option by clicking on the “Actions” button.

While activating, a window will be displayed with a message stating the number of triggers to be activated and, if the triggers that are being activated will be sending SMS messages or Email messages, a warning message stating the relevant charges will be shown.
