Too many errors for the < page name> account. Please, check the connection.

This error occurs if the majority of the incoming messages cannot be processed correctly by the module. This problem could be caused by the message processing.

How to Solve:

Check the module operation, write a message for the linked Facebook page or your Instagram business account; the message should appear in the Chats tab. If the message doesn’t appear, wait for some time. If the problem persists and the messaging is not working, please, contact the technical support.

Incorrect OAuth token for the < page name> account.

This error occurs if the Facebook page or account token that you use has become incorrect. This can be caused by a number of factors. For example, a password changed in the Facebook account or if Facebook has revoked the token.

How to Solve:

In the module settings log in to Facebook again using the Connection Settings button or Log In with Facebook button, saving the previously chosen parameters.

The < page name> page in Facebook is not linked to an Instagram account or it is not a business account.

In your Facebook page settings, link your Instagram account or change the account type for business. Read this article on how to do that.

The company cannot send messages via Instagram due to blocking on Facebook.

How to Solve:

Please, verify that your account hasn’t violated the Instagram policy. To do that, go to the Instagram mobile app and check the account status: Settings - Account - Account Status.

The < page name> page has no access to the incoming messages of the linked Instagram account.

How to Solve:

In your Facebook page settings, in the Connected Account tab, activate the setting “Allow Access to Messages from Instagram on the ‘Inbox’ tab”

Facebook + Instagram module has been deactivated due to the lack of correct connection to Facebook.

The module will automatically deactivate the system connection if none active pages are connected to it. An active page is a connected page with the correct token. If you don’t use the module, you may ignore this message, it will not appear again. Otherwise, do the following:

  1. Activate the module again using the system marketplace.
  2. In the module settings log in to Facebook again using the Connection Settings button or Log In with Facebook button.

If deactivation repeats, contact the technical support.
