The article describes in detail the process of setting up and operation of the module.
Module features
- Maintaining a directory of specialists.
- Accounting of working days of the week, working hours and non-working days from the system settings when determining available slots.

- Easy-to-use interface to make an appointment to a specialist for a free slot within an order.
Setting up the module
Before installing the module, set the working days and working hours of employees by following the way Settings → System → General.
To install the module, go to the Marketplace of the system, find the “Appointment to a Specialist” module in the “Directories” section. Click Connect.
In the opened module settings, enter the specializations that your business has and click Save.
Specialties — the area of activity in which the specialist is engaged. For example, a manicurist in a beauty salon.
Next, return to the module settings and specify the specialists who work in each specialization. For each specialist, you should fill in:
- Name (mandatory field);
- Specialization;
- Sorting. The field is mandatory, it determines the order of displaying the specialist in the list (for example, if you specify the value “1”, the specialist will be displayed first in the list). If several specialists have the same value, they will be sorted by name in alphabetical order.
Additionally, you can upload a photo of the specialist.
Complete the setup process — save changes.
Module operation
After the module is set up, the “Book a specialist” button with the interface of appointment for a free time slot will be available in the order card in the “Customer” block.
When you click on it, a pop-in window will open with the list of specialists and free time slots for the nearest date.
In order to choose a different date and time, select a specific specialist. Then click on the desired date and select the appropriate appointment time.
After that, the order card will display information about the created appointment.
The “Specialist” and “Record time" fields can be used to filter the order list. For example, you can easily find all appointments of the master for a certain date.
