Before installing Shopify, you need to create a store in the RetailCRM. Go to the "Stores" section in the adminstartive settings and click on the "Add" button. For more details on how to create a store, see the related section.

When creating a store for Shopify, in the "Catalogue" tab, the field of the same name must be set to "Do not upload", since the catalogue will be generated automatically during the setup of the module on the Shopify's side.

An API key is also required to allow interaction between RetailCRM and Shopify. When creating an API key, it is important to specify the previously created store. You can create an API key in the "API access keys" section. For more information on creating an API key, see the related section.
