The “Loyalty Program” section will allow you to make a complex setting of terms for automatic assignment of levels to customers, on which the privilege in the form of bonuses or discount will depend. With the help of flexible settings of the incentive system, you can develop repeat sales and increase the level of loyalty of current customers.
The loyalty program is available in the system settings, in the section of the same name. When you open the section for the first time, you will see a list with an already pre-installed Program, which you can edit according to your requirements and launch it, or delete it and create your own.
In the list you will see the name of the program with the number of participants and the number of levels created in it, the status (Started, On pause, Not started), the launch date, the pause date, stores selected at creation and information showing which manager and when performed the latest change of the Program terms.
If the Program has never been launched yet, then it is saved as a draft with a corresponding note next to the name.
A program without participations can be deleted in the Program itself, by clicking on the "Actions" button next to the control unit.
If it is necessary to change the name of the Program, it can also be done in the Program itself. Please note that the name must be unique.
