The list of participations is located in the "Sales" block, in the "Customers" section, the "Loyalty program" item.

Filtering and sorting the list of participations

The following fields are available for filtering:

  • Customer (search by the customer’s full name and phone numbers)
  • Participation ID
  • Card number
  • Phone number (filtering is done by the participation phone number)
  • Loyalty program
  • Stores
  • Date of registration
  • Level (displayed with the name of the Loyalty Program)
  • Status
  • Amount of purchases
  • Balance of bonuses
  • Bonuses burnout date

You can also put up to the filter the user fields, that were created with the type "Customer" and "Participation in the loyalty program".

Displaying columns in the table of participations

The table of participations displays the following columns:

  • Participation ID
  • Telephone
  • Card number
  • Customer
  • Level
  • Status
  • Date of registration
  • Amount of purchases
  • Balance of bonuses

You can also display in the table the columns "Store" and the user fields that were created with the type "Customer" and "Participation in the loyalty program".

Note

When you click on the customer's full name, you go to the customer's card. When you click on the line, you go to the participation card.
