Communications in the customer card
In the customer card, the "Communications" block includes the following general indicators: number of sent SMS and email messages, chats, and incoming/outgoing calls.
Popular customer categories (by individual customer)
These are the product categories that are of greatest interest to the customer. The chart is formed on the basis of the types of items in the customer's order/(s).
This shows the source from which the customer came to the site. A number of parameters must be passed via API or displayed when integrating with Universal Analytics.
