Clicking the "Files" button in the order card opens a list containing the name, size, source and upload date of each file uploaded to the order. To upload a file, click the "Add file" button and select (or drag and drop) the necessary documents located on your computer into the window. The file size must not exceed 10 MB.
Important!
- Funds are debited from your system balance if you are storing files.
- It is not possible to uploade files if your account has been frozen.
When an image is loaded, a preview is displayed, which can be enlarged when you hover over it with the cursor.
You can delete a file by clicking on the trash can icon. This will be recorded in the action log.
Note
Attachments from emails bound to the order in the card are also displayed in this list and marked with an "envelope" icon. These files cannot be deleted.
