When working with the list of orders, you can see the most recent orders immediately without having to refresh the page. At the top of the main list, a highlighted blue bar "Show new orders" will appear when new orders come through to the system. Clicking on this will open the most recent orders.
For some time, "fresh" orders remain highlighted in light blue.
