The status transition matrix allows you to you configure an algorithm for transitions between one status to another. You can specify between which statuses transitions can or cannot be made automatically in the system.

If you go to the “Settings” section, you will see the following options:

Let’s consider each option in a little more detail.

Do not use

Selecting this option will prevent the “Status transitions” settings from being displayed. The statuses in the order card will not be affected.

For order types

If you select this option, the “Status transitions” section is displayed and you can configure transitions depending on the order types created in the system (for example, legal entity or private individual).

For order types and user groups

When this option is selected, the “Status transitions” section is displayed and transitions can be configured depending on order types and user groups].
