Collapsed and open states

These settings determine how the welcome text is displayed when the Live Chat widget is collapsed and expanded.

Collapsed state

In this setting, you can configure the tooltip text (text that is displayed when the widget is closed) and the delay in displaying the widget after loading the page (specified in seconds).

Note

The maximum delay is 10 minutes.

Open state

In this setting, an introductory text is set that will be displayed immediately when the widget is opened on the site.
