Connecting WhatsApp Business

This article briefly describes the steps required prior to connecting the WhatsApp Business module.

To work with WhatsApp, you need to connect and pay for a chat license.

The integration with WhatsApp Business is carried out by our technical support. To receive instructions for further actions, please contact support@retailcrm.ru or write a request directly from the system interface.

Integration is available with three providers and official partners of WhatsApp: Devino, Infobip and I2CRM].

What do you need to do before connecting WhatsApp Business?

  • Sign an agreement with one of the above-mentioned providers.
  • Register an official account on WhatsApp.
  • Be verified by Facebook.
  • Send the provider all the required data you received during the registration process on WhatsApp and verification on Facebook. Please add support@retailcrm.ru to the copy when communicating with the provider.

Note

The registration procedure of the official business account takes between 1-3 weeks.
