The integration of an online store on Prestashop to RetailCRM can be completed using the integration module.
After installation, the module will allow you to:
- upload new orders from Prestashop to RetailCRM;
- update data in Prestashop on existing orders, taking into account changes made in the RetailCRM;
- upload new orders from RetailCRM in Prestashop;
- exchange information about customers between the site and the RetailCRM;
- generate an ICML-catalogue of products with dimensions.
Important!
In version 6, when importing orders into the system, any orders created in the previous 7 days are charged. In version 7, on the “Professional” tariff, these orders are not charged. Additionally, when importing an archive, we recommend disabling all triggers responsible for sending E-mail and SMS messages.
