Setting up tracking of customer actions in WooCommerce

Within the article, it describes how to set up WooCommerce tracking for selective data transfer, as well as instructions on how to add a JS script for data transfer.

To work with tracking, you need to activate this option in the system. You can read more about it in the article Connecting visitor tracking

Getting, posting, and configuring the tracker code

  1. Copy JS-code directly from tracking settings
  2. The received JS-code should be added in the plugin settings in the field “Online Consultant/Event Tracker”
  3. After adding the JS-code in the “Online Consultant/Event Tracker” field, checkboxes will appear below the input window: for activating the event tracker - “Activate Event Tracker”, and for tracking settings - “Page view”, “Change Cart”, “View Cart”.
  4. After performing the required actions, you need to save the plugin settings.
