Time since the last purchase

"Time since the last purchase" - This mechanic allows you to keep track of the time period since the customer made their last purchase.

Time since the last purchase- This mechanic allows you to track the period of time since the customer made their last purchase. Based on this, the system can take certain actions, for example, reminding the customer about promotions and special offers.

Please note that this mechanic responds to the “Completed” and “Cancelled” status group. That is, the time from the last purchase will be counted after the order is completed or cancelled.
