Abandoned cart in customer card

The article describes in detail the functionality of work with abandoned carts in the customer card.

Abandoned cart is the order that has not been completed on the site.

In the customer card, the abandoned cart is displayed in the In progress block.

A cart is considered abandoned if a customer completes his visit and is inactive for 30 minutes. However, if the customer is active again after 30 minutes and still has a cart left, the abandoned status is removed.

The abandoned cart can be transfered to a customer card in one of the following ways:

  • install Daemon Collector on the website;
  • use one of the integration modules (Shopify, Prestashop, WooCommerce) with the built-in abandoned cart function;
  • transfer via API.

Important!

In order for the system to monitor a customer’s abandoned cart, the customer must be logged in to the site.
