Throughout its entire journey, an order will go through various stages. In the system, each stage is a status, the changing of which occurs according to the rules set in the status transition matrix. The process of creating statuses and the setting up of the status matrix is described in more detail in the “Order statuses” section.
The order of appearance of the available statuses and their colours are also configured in the settings.
A change of status may be accompanied by a comment. If a comment has been made, it will be displayed to the left of the status change menu as a “dialogue” (message bubble) icon. When clicked, a pop-up window with the full comment text, date and time of its creation will open.
