The system allows you to make bulk changes the value of custom fields in the customer/order cards.
This first requires the fields to be editable.
To change the fields, mark the required customers/orders in the list of customers/orders, and then click on the “Action” button. In the menu that appears, select the option**“Change custom field”**. An additional menu will open, where you need to select the field in which the value will be changed.
When you click on the required custom field, a window will open. Here, you need to enter a new value and click the “Send” button. A maximum of 100 orders/customers can be subject to a change of custom fields at any one time.
