To make a bulk change of order status, you must tick the boxes to the left of each desired order and click on the “Actions” button that appears. A menu will then open, where you can change the status for the selected orders. Status change is only possible if more than one order status is available. The statuses to which transition is prohibited are not displayed in the list.
A maximum of 100 orders can be subject to a change of status at any one time.
As with the usual status change function, you can write a comment about new statuses when making a bulk change.
