Data books
A number of fields in the system are filled in by selecting a value from the drop-down list. You can set the available values for such fields on the "Data books" tab.
Creating a group of costs
                    The “Cost groups” tab is used to add and edit costs groups (groups of cost items).

                    The "Cost items" tab is used to both add and edit cost items.
