The setting allows you to automatically change statuses of products depending on the status of the order and vice versa - the status of the order depending on the statuses of uncanceled products in the order.

**Note that:

  • the default status is the first status in the list;
  • when setting one status for all uncanceled products, the order will be transferred to the status specified in the field "Set order status when the statuses of all products match";
  • product statuses are automatically transferred to the status, which corresponds to the value from the field "Set product status when order status matches". This rule does not apply to products in the cancellation status.

Let's consider the purpose of some of the fields:

*Cancellation status*- statuses indicating canceled products. For example, a user added a product to an order, but the product was defective and the customer returned it. Set the order status when the statuses of all products match**- if the uncanceled products in the order are in the same status, the order status will be automatically changed to the one specified in the column "Set order status when the statuses of all products match". *Set the status of products when the order status matches- reverse the setting above. When you select an order status, the status specified in the settings is automatically set for uncanceled products.
