The status groups “New”, “Completed” and “Cancelled” cannot be edited, since many parameters depend on them, including analytical widgets, as well as integrated deliveries.
The status groups “Completed” and “Cancelled” are final-stage groups. They are used to analyse completed and cancelled orders, respectively. After the transition to the final status, the delivery information is not tracked or changed in the order.
To add a new status group, click on the button of the same name in the "Stores" section. To edit, click anywhere in the line.
Colour selection is available upon creation. It has no functional purpose other than to help you visualise different types of statuses. Please note that you cannot change the clour after saving.
