Trigger setting

In the section, we will consider trigger events, trigger conditions and actions available for it.

Trigger event
Setting up a trigger starts with selecting an event - something that the trigger will respond to.
Conditions for trigger execution
Condition - what the trigger will react to in order to perform the specified action.
Adding an action to a trigger
Action is what the trigger will do when the previously set conditions are satisfied.
"Missed call" and "New call" event triggers
This functionality allows you to save customers. As a result, managers will quickly be able to call back to the customers whose calls weren't answered.
