Setting up a trigger starts with selecting an event - something that the trigger will respond to. To add an event click on the "+ Event" button. There can only be one event within one trigger.
You can select an event from the list that appears in the pop-in window on the right side of the screen. When you click on an event of interest you will see a detailed tooltip showing what kind of event it is and what actions are available for it.
Note
Some actions require the connection of additional functionality (telephony, Collector, WhatsApp Business module). For example, to send a chat template you need a connected WhatsApp Business module with active templates.
After selecting an event, fields with the addition of a trigger condition and action become available.
A trigger can also be saved without a condition or action. Once the trigger is saved, the event cannot be changed.
Important!
Conditions and actions are directly tied to the selected event. If you decide to change the event before saving the trigger, it will cause all conditions and actions to be deleted.
