After connecting the Facebook & Instagram Feed module, you will be able to work with WhatsApp Business products in RetailCRM.
Let's look at a couple of examples below.
Example 1. A customer places an order via WhatsApp app.
In RetailCRM, when chatting, an order will be automatically created with the products that the customer has added to the cart. The store will be pulled up from the settings of the Facebook & Instagram Feed module. The product card will remain available, and the manager will be able to open it if necessary. The reverse process is also supported: if a manager sends a product card from the catalog to a customer, the customer will be able to open the card and read the detailed description.
Example 2. The customer sends a question about the product.
In the system it will look like this: a product card with a customer's question will come in a single message.
