The “WhatsApp templates” section stores all templates that can be used only for the section Mailings.
Important!
To create templates you need to connect the module WhatsApp Business.
For more convenient work with the list of templates, it is possible to filter and sort the table contents.
Fields available for filtering:
- Name - search by user name of the template and by name for verification;
- Activity;
- Status (Draft, Verifying, Approved, Rejected, Suspended, Blocked);
- Quality (Undefined, High, Medium, Low);
- Channel;
- Date of creation;
- Template language;
- Template—search by template text.
You can create a new template directly from the mailing or using the Add button in the current section.
Creation a template for mailing
If several WhatsApp Business numbers are connected to the system, you will need to select the channel to which this template will be linked.
Template types:
- Text;
- Media and buttons.
Depending on the selected type, the list of template settings will change. For the “Media and Buttons” type the “Header”, “Footer” blocks and the “Add Button” option will additionally appear.
Let’s take a look at the main fields to fill in.
Name for verification - required for template verification. Use only Latin characters and underscores (_
) instead of spaces.
Template language - the language of the system is selected by default.
Body - the main text of your template. The block can contain only text.
Header - available only for the “Media and Buttons” template type. Serves as the header of your template. May contain text, image, file or video.

Footer - available only for the “Media and Buttons” template type. A text field that can be used to provide less relevant information in a template message.
Add Button - available only for the “Media and Buttons” template type, maximum 10 buttons in one template. A choice of three values is provided:

Response option - used to receive a response from your customer, you can add up to 10 response options maximum;

Link - allows you to direct the customer to your site, you can add a maximum of 2 buttons. The URL can only be specified in Latin, it must begin with http:// or https://;

Phone number - a call to the specified phone number, 1 button maximum.
For example, possible options include 7 quick response buttons along with 2 buttons for URLs and 1 button for calling, or complete 10 quick response buttons.
A preview is displayed on the right, where you can see the final view of the message.
Note
All templates will be assigned the "Marketing" category.
The template will be available for sending after verification.
