Widget overview and settings

The widget shows a chart of changes in the number of subscribers for a particular mailing type — Email, SMS or WhatsApp — during the selected period. It helps you assess audience growth and the effectiveness of actions taken to attract or retain subscribers.

You can move or hide the widget. To do so, click Configure in the upper-right corner.

Filters

The widget includes five filters:

  • Mailing type: select Email, SMS or WhatsApp.
  • Period: specify the period for which statistics will be generated.
  • Store: select a particular store.
  • Segment: select a segment to personalise mailings and adapt their content to a specific group of customers. Statistics use the current number of customers in the segment.
  • Mailings: view statistics for a particular mailing.

Indicators

In addition to the chart, the widget displays the following indicators:

  • Total subscribers: the number of subscribers on the last day of the selected period.
  • Subscriber growth: the share of new subscribers during the selected period.
  • Subscriber churn: the share of customers who unsubscribed from mailings.
  • Growth rate: the percentage change in the total number of subscribers compared with the number at the start of the period. It is calculated as: (New subscribers − (Unsubscribed customers + Customers who marked a message as spam)) / Total subscribers × 100%.
