Widget visibility and settings
To display the widget, WhatsApp Business must be connected.
You can move or hide the widget. To do so, click Configure in the upper-right corner.
WhatsApp templates
This section displays the status, number and quality of WhatsApp Business templates.
Clicking a metric opens the list of templates with the selected status.
If a template was being verified and was approved, the widget displays the status update as Approved +1. If a template is rejected, it displays Rejected +1.
WhatsApp numbers
This section displays all connected numbers, their status, quality rating, messaging limit and remaining messages.
To open the number settings, click the gear icon in the upper corner above the number’s quality rating.
