The function "Move to the shipment warehouse", is used to create an entry for the "Movement of products" section.
Example situation: Some of the products from an order have already been shipped from one warehouse, and are ready to go to the shipment warehouse (where the order will be assembled and given to the courier). Select the products (via the checkbox next to each) that have arrived (that have the same warehouse) and click the"Move to the shipment warehouse"button.
A form will appear in which you need to select the date of shipment and the status of the product. If there are couriers in the system, then you can assign a specific courier responsible for a particular transfer.
Note
If an external warehouse system is active, then the "Movement of products" section is inactive.
If you tick the "Make" checkbox in the form, then, accordingly, in the "Movement of products" section, you will no longer need to confirm the movement. The warehouse for the products will immediately change to the shipment warehouse.
If you do not check the box, when the product is accepted and assembled at the shipment warehouse you will need to move it in the "Movement of products" section.
Important!
For the button "Move to the shipment warehouse" to be active, the shipment warehouse must be selected in the order, the products from which you mark with checkmarks. You can create one movement for multiple products from different orders. Make sure that that they have the same initial (Warehouse / Supplier) and final warehouse (Shipment warehouse).
