How email package payments work
When you purchase an Email package on the Professional plan, unused emails carry over to the next period provided that the licenses for the new period are paid on time. Unused emails expire only if the system is not paid for and is then suspended. In other words, if the system remains suspended for at least one day, the unused emails expire.
Important!
On the Free plan, email packages do not accumulate and expire every month.
When the system is paid for a period longer than one month, email packages are allocated monthly. For example, if the system is paid for six months on a plan that includes 10,000 emails per month, a package of 10,000 emails is allocated each month.
If necessary, you can purchase an additional package in License extension. Any emails left from the previous package are automatically added to the new package.
If you use Automatic license renewal, email packages are also paid for the next period. Unused emails accumulate and carry over to the next paid period.
Note
When extending an email package, the selected amount is not added to the current limit: the package is increased to the selected amount.
