You can top up the system account from the user profile or the personal account. Choose whichever option is more convenient.

From the user profile

  1. Click the user profile in the lower-left corner of the screen.
  2. Click Top up next to the balance.
  3. In the side panel, enter the top-up amount and select a payment method.

The Top up the account when the balance reaches a minimum option is available when paying by bank card. When it is enabled, funds are charged automatically to top up the account by the specified amount after the balance falls below the configured threshold. The user profile panel shows whether the option is enabled.

When paying by bank card, you are redirected to the payment service page. If you select payment by invoice, the invoice is sent to the system owner's email address.

From the personal account

  1. Click the user profile in the lower-left corner of the screen.
  2. Click the plan name—Trial, Free, or Professional.
  3. On the System account tab, enter the top-up amount, select a payment method, and, for payment by invoice, enter the company name.

When payment by invoice is selected, the invoice is sent to the system owner's email address.

Copy the payment reference from the invoice in full so that the payment can be processed automatically. Payments are credited automatically within 24 hours.

If the payment reference is missing, the payment is treated as incorrect. Contact technical support to have it processed.

Important!

A unique invoice is issued for every payment. If you try to top up the account using a previous invoice, the payment is not processed and the funds are not credited.

The Notify when the balance reaches a minimum option sends an email notification to the system owner when the balance reaches the configured threshold. This helps prevent paid marketplace modules from being suspended because their fees are charged automatically every month.
