How to set up a charge-free domain where the site will open?
The domain can be set in the "Domain" section of the same name, which is located on the left hand menu. After entering the address of your store you can make sure that it is free by clicking on the "Check" button. If the entered address is free, you can reserve it for your store by clicking the "Reserve the Name" button.
At the moment it is possible to create for free only a third-level domain. It is also possible to connect your own domain (of the second level).
The SSL certificate is automatically registered when the domain is successfully connected. As a rule, registration occurs without significant time delays, however, sometimes the waiting time can last several minutes.
I set up a domain, but the link does not open the site
For your site to be opened at the specified address, you need to publish it.
You can do this in two ways:
- In the Site Editor click on the green cloud icon with an arrow in the upper right corner.
- Publish the site from the list of sites. To do this, click on the sign of three dots in the lower right corner of the block with the site and click on the "Publish" button.
I made changes via the editor, but they were not displayed on the site
Any changes you make via the editor are not displayed on the site until you publish them.

What should I do if the site says "Site not available" when I visit it?
This message is displayed if you have removed the store from publication. To make it available at its address again, publish it.

How to disable a site temporarily?
In order to disable the site temporarily you need to remove it from publication. To do this, go to the list of sites, click on the sign of three dots of the site you want to disable and select the option "Remove from publication".
How to delete a site?
To delete a site, go to the list of sites, click on the sign of three dots of the site you want to delete and select the "Delete site" option.
After clicking on the delete button, a pop-up window will appear confirming that the site being deleted cannot be restored.
Deletion does not occur immediately, but in the background.
After deletion, the created site is automatically unlinked from the store specified during creation.
