How to set up a charge-free domain where the site will open?
The domain can be set in the "Domain" section of the same name, which is located on the left hand menu. After entering the address of your store you can make sure that it is free by clicking on the "Check" button. If the entered address is free, you can reserve it for your store by clicking the "Connect" button.
At the moment it is possible to create for free only a third-level domain.
How to connect your own domain?
Connecting your own domain is done in the "Own domain" tab.
Note
On the free plan connecting your own domain is not available.
If the tab is not active, make sure that your site is not connected to a charge-free domain. If connected, disconnect it by clicking on the button of the same name.
The SSL certificate is automatically registered when the domain is successfully connected. As a rule, registration occurs without significant time delays, however, sometimes the waiting time can last several minutes.
To connect your own domain, you need to perform the two steps described below.
Step 1. Adding a DNS record in the personal account of the domain provider
You need to add two DNS records: for the main domain (designated as @ by some domain providers) and for the www subdomain. The list provides the general order of steps that need to be performed to add a DNS record for a domain:
- Go to your personal account on the website of the service where the domain was purchased.
- Go to the DNS section.
- Select the domain for which you want to write the DNS record.
- Click "Add Record" in the settings for this domain.
- Specify the record type A, write

Important!
Both records must lead to the same IP address. These records must be the only ones.
Below is a sequence of steps for adding a DNS record in the personal account of some popular domain providers.

- In the "Domains and subdomains" section, click on the gear icon next to the domain and select "DNS settings".
- On the page that opens add two records - for the main domain and for the subdomain. Click on "Add DNS Record" at the top right and select type A.
- Specify the value

Step 2. Specifying your domain
Specify the domain purchased in advance with the written DNS records in the field of the same name which is located on the "Own domain" tab.
It is possible to connect a domain in both Latin and Cyrillic.
Click on the "Check Connection" button to check the previously specified DNS records and that the domain is free.
If DNS records are not found for any reason, a warning message will appear.
If the verification is successful, you will see a message stating that the address is available with the "Connect" button active. Click on the button to connect your domain.
