Auto return of stock balances allows you to replenish free stock balances after changing the status of a product for example, to "Return". Even if the shipment is made, the reserves are written off. If the shipment was not made, then the reserve is reset, and the remainder of the product is immediately returned at any cancellation status. If the product has already been shipped, then the return occurs only in the auto return status.
To enable automatic return of the stock balances, go to the "Warehouse" section. In the item "Status of auto return of the remainder of the product" select the desired status.
