Let's take a closer look at the "Stock balances and reservations" product tab. The rows display product-item varieties and the columns display the warehouses that have been created in the system. Each column is divided into 2 parts: reservation and free stock balances.
Reservationshows how many items are reserved in all orders.
Free stock balancesshow the remainder of the item variations in the warehouse, taking into account deducted reservations.
Note
You can specify a fractional quantity of stock balances to within three digits.
Depending on the selected type of stock balance in warehouse settings, the values "Yes" or "No", or a numerical remainder are displayed.
To access the editing of balances, user rights to the "Product" block must be active in the user group settings .
