Personal discount is a type of discount that is applied for individual customers
Personal discount can be edited both manually and via API.
Please note that it is not possible to enter a personal discount if you are using the 'Free' plan.
Simple percentage discount for a customer
You must activate the ability of users to set personal discounts in the "Discounts" section under the "Personal discount" option.
In the user group settings] you can restrict access rights to edit this field. Personal customer discount is specified in the customer card in the "Finance" subsection.
