If you need to configure the weight and dimensions of an order, first activate the "Display weight and dimensions" option. Following activation, you can specify the weight and dimensions that will be automatically filled by default in the newly created order.
Information regarding an order's weight and dimensions is usually required by most integrated delivery services. If the setting for displaying the weight/dimensions is disabled, but an integrated delivery services is selected in the order, then weight/dimension fields are displayed by default in the order card. In this case, the default values from the settings are substituted.
