It allows you to assess the performance of a manager in chats according to the established criteria in the chatbot “Assessing the efficiency of managers in chat.” The executive will understand the manager’s growth points when communicating with customers.
Below the widget name there is the indication Total dialogs referring to the dialogs that were analyzed over a specific period of time.
In the upper right part of the widget there is a general filter that affects both charts. With its help you can:
- select the time period for which you want to view the received data. It is the date the dialog was opened that is taken into account;
- collect statistics on all or several selected channels (the channel where the dialog was opened).
The widget consists of two charts:
By managers
The overall percentage of managers' efficiency in chats is presented, which is calculated using the formula: The number of identified criteria in the manager's dialogs
/ The maximum possible number of criteria in the manager's dialogs
* 100.
When you hover the cursor over a line, a pop-up window appears with additional information:
- the number of dialogs the manager had overall,
- the criteria that are met, the number of dialogs where the criteria have been met, their percentage:

By criteria
The percentage of manager efficiency in terms of a specific criterion is presented. The chart is a color-graded matrix, where the darkest cells tell us about high efficiency grade by a particular criterion.
Information on dialogs is fed to the widget every 15 minutes.
