It allows you to track the entire path of orders, as well as determine the effectiveness of sales through a particular channel. The widget takes into account only orders created through chats.
Below the widget name you can find the color coding of the channels.
In the upper right part of the widget there is a general filter that affects both charts. You can use it to:
- select the time period for which you want to view the received data. It is the date the dialog was opened that is taken into account, since this affects the number of orders - they must be created from the dialog;
- collect statistics on all or several selected channels (in which channel the dialog was opened);
- collect statistics on all or a particular manager. The user who was assigned to the dialog first is taken into account.
The widget consists of two charts:
- Sales . The chart displays the conversion from the number of open dialogs to orders created from chats with a status from the “Completed” group over a certain period of time.
- Sales funnel. The chart shows order statuses and the number of orders created from chats over a certain period.
If the order was created after the dialog was already closed, then it will be included in the statistics for the last dialog.

Information on orders is updated and collected in the chart once an hour.
