The widget shows how many new customers come in chats during the specified period.

You can organize your data by two main metrics: managers and channels.

Below the widget name there are filters that allow you to:

  • select a time period to view data (the last week is displayed by default);
  • collect statistics for all managers and for an individual one;
  • analyze data by UTM tags transmitted with the chat;
  • collect statistics by tags associated with the customer.

Total new customers — the number of new unique customers for the selected period that appeared after the first contact with the store via messenger, and a new chat was created without linking to the current customer.

New customers on average for the period — this indicator allows you to track the average number of new unique customers for the period.

Information from the report can be uploaded as a table in different formats (xlsx, csv, xml, json) by clicking on the corresponding icon in the upper right corner. Uploading will correspond to the set filters.
