Setting up Aircall connection to the system

The module of integration with Aircall is located in the “Settings” of the system in the “Marketplace” section, in the “Telephony” block. Click on the integration module and then on the “Connect” button to go to the settings.

On the page that opens, the system domain and API key will be pasted automatically.

Go to the "Account" tab and fill in API ID and API TOKEN.

In order to get them, go to Aircall personal account > Integrations & API > API keys and click on Generate an API key.

After entering API ID and API TOKEN the “Phones” and “Managers” tabs will appear in the module settings.

In the “Phones” tab you need to add matches for all phones and stores.

Check the box next to the phone that will be used for outgoing calls. This is necessary in order to make a call in the Aircall application directly from the system.

If no phone is selected as the phone for outgoing calls, when a call is initiated from the system, the phone number will be pasted in the Aircall application, but without starting the call.

Note

Initiating a call from the system and pasting a phone number in the Aircall application work only for Aircall desktop applications.

In the "Managers" section you need to select matches for all managers registered in the system and in Aircall.

The connection is completed.

The language in the module settings depends on the language selected in the browser settings.
