Making calls to customers
To make an outgoing call from the customer/order card, simply click on the “handset” (telephone) icon. Integration with a telephony system must first be set-up via the Marketplace. Information on calls is recorded in the "History of calls".
Processing incoming and missed calls
When you receive a call, a notification with information about the caller will appear. From this notification, you can make a call or create a call-related task.
List of locations from which you can make calls
In the system, there are four locations from which you can make outgoing calls.
Calls history in the customer and order card
Calls are recorded in both the order and customer cards after you talk to customers over the phone (if you have activated the linking of call history to customers and orders). Not all telephony systems are capable of transferring call records to the system, however.
