You can access call history by clicking the "Calls" button on the customer or order card.
Note
Calls are only displayed if the "Bind call history to customers and orders" setting is active, and if the customer has already been contacted.
The form in which call history data is displayed in the order card is determined by the telephony settings, and the date and time at which the order was created and the calls were made.
How to listen to a call recording
You can play back and listen to past calls via both the customer and order cards. Conversation recording is determined by the connected telephony system. Recordings will only be available if your chosen system supports playback.
Call records are not transmitted by systems such as: Asterisk, Avaya IP Office, NEOPbx telephones.
