Below the connections, the “Loyalty Programs” block is displayed, where the Loyalty Programs in which the customer is registered are displayed.

If he is not a member of any of the existing and running programs, then a prompt will appear to register him. During registration, you should select a Program from the list, if there are several, and also specify the registration method: by phone number or by card number (at least one of these fields must be filled in).

If registration is performed by phone number, you can select a number from the list which exists in the customer or specify a new number. When registering a new number, it will also be saved in the customer card.

After registration, the following information will be displayed in the block:

  • Participant’s level
  • Active bonuses
  • Participation status
  • Date of registration in the Program
  • Card number (can be entered/edited in the same block)
  • Phone number (you can edit and confirm the number in the same block)
  • Amount of accumulations (amount of purchases)
  • Balance of bonuses (when you hover over the question icon, details on active bonuses and bonuses awaiting activation will be displayed)
  • Bonuses that will burn out within 30 days (clicking on the number will display a pop-in window detailing all future burnouts)
  • Privileges available to the customer (amount of bonuses accrual or discount amount, depending on the terms of the current level)

Two icons are displayed to the right of the loyalty program name. When you click on the first one, you will go to the card of participation of this customer in the Loyalty Program.

When you click on the second one, a list of available actions will be displayed. They are similar to the actions that are available directly in the participation card. Please note that the available actions directly depend on the rights of the user group.

Note

Participation can only be created manually from the customer card or via API.
