If you enable the option, then participation in the Loyalty Program will be created automatically for all new customers, regardless of how the customer was created - via API or in the system interface.

Important!

During automatic registration, monitor the number of participations in the Programs with advanced features to avoid blocking due to exceeding the package. For more information about the pricing of Programs, follow the link.

The system based on the customer's store determines in which Loyalty Program to register participation.

During automatic registration the customer's card number, if filled in, is transferred to the participation card.

Participation is registered to the customer's first added phone number.

Activation of participation will occur immediately after registration or according to configured terms.

Automatic registration of a customer in the loyalty program will not occur if the following terms are not met at the time of its creation:

  • If the customer does not have a store specified.
  • If the Loyalty Program in which it is planned to register a customer is not active/blocked.
  • If the customer has neither a phone number nor a card number.
  • If there is already a participation in the Program with the same phone number or card number (if there is at least one match).

Please note that if in the Program, in the rules for activating participations, the "Confirmation by SMS" option is active, then when registering a customer in the Loyalty Program, there will be no automatic sending of SMS with a confirmation code. Sending an SMS message with a confirmation code is carried out manually from the customer/participation card. If the "Confirmation by SMS" option is disabled, sending SMS will not be available.

When creating a participation via API - it is activated by a separate method. Please note that when creating a participation via API, an SMS with a confirmation code is not sent automatically as well. Automatic sending of an SMS with a confirmation code is carried out upon activation of participation via API.
