How to bind managers to customers in the system

There are 2 ways of binding managers to customers:

  • when creating a customer entry;
  • when creating an order.

1. When creating a customer entry, when you specify a responsible manager, all orders made by this customer will be automatically assigned to the selected manager.

Note

If the manager responsible for a customer is offline or deactivated, the order of that customer will be assigned according to the order distribution settings.

2 . When creating an order, the user who creates this order is automatically assigned as the responsible manager of the customer.

Manager binding to repeat customers:

  1. If the customer is registered in the system and the responsible manager is specified in their card, then a new order from this customer will be distributed to this designated manager
  2. If a responsible manager is not specified in the customer's card, the manager who edited the customer's last order is "uploaded" into their card and becomes the responsible manager (bound to that customer).

Note

If a customer is new and makes an order for the first time, then the user who edited this order will be assigned to this order as a responsible manager.
