If you click on the "Edit data" button, a page will open where changes can be made to customer card blocks such as "Main data", "Phones", "Address", "Finance" and "Legal details".
Main data
Here you will find both the standard customer information fields, in addition to custom fields.
The "Name" field can be empty only if the order came via API without the customer's name.
The "Gender" field can be used in printed form templates and when forming segments.
If you select the option "Unsubscribed" in the "Email-subscription" field, the customer will no longer receive emails from segment mailings]. This is also taken into account in the "Rules" of the "Marketing" block.
The "Store" field will be filled in when creating a customer card. If the card was already saved, then changing this field is possible only by a trigger.
Phones
Several customer numbers can be entered into the system, however no more than 20 numbers will be displayed simultaneously. If there are more than 20 numbers, they will be included in the hidden list.
Address
This is the address of the customer who is receiving the delivery. If a new order is created from the customer card, this address is automatically transferred.
The delivery address functions (and is filled in) in the same way as the address on the order page.. By default, the form (full or short) will be displayed, which is selected in the settings.
Finance
This block displays:
- total number of customer orders (excluding canceled orders)
- LTV (total profit per customer/lifetime total value)
- AOV (average order value)
- personal discount (editable field). The value of this field will be considered the total discount for orders created after the changes in this field were made.
Legal details
The “Legal details” block contains the “Contractor type” field. By default, this field contains the value "Private individual", which does not have additional fields. Additional fields will appear if you select the "Legal entity" or "Individual entrepreneur" values.
The country selected in the order determines the format of the additional fields for legal and bank details. If the United Kingdom is selected, then the format of the fields corresponds to UK standards.
Note
Fields with legal details are available for data transfer via API, as well as when creating triggers, in the history of changes, printed form templates, emails, and SMS.
All changes to data on the customer's card are recorded in the "History of changes".
Note
If any value displayed in the customer card (in any of the drop-down menus) has been deactivated, it will be grayed out and will be marked with the "Inactive" icon, which will appear to the right of the value.
