Where marketing rules are enabled
The various functions of marketing rules are activated in the section of the same name in the system administration block. This article describes which options are available when setting up marketing rules.
List of pre-programmed marketing mechanics
This article describes the preset mechanics that are available in the system. Each mechanic has its own parameters, according to which their activity is recorded.
List of created rules
You can access a list of previously created rules by clicking on one of the six mechanics in the 'Rules' tab. From this list, you can create a new rule or edit a previously created one.

Regular consumption items
"Regular consumption items" - This is a mechanic that allows you to keep track of customers who need to be encouraged periodically to buy a product.
Upsales
“Upsales” - This mechanic allows you to offer the customer additional products along with their main purchase, thereby increasing the average order value (AOV).
Personal dates
"Personal dates" - This mechanic allows you to create and send individual offers for a customer related to a specific date (i.e birthdays).

Main settings for marketing rules
To the right of the main blocks are the settings for each rule. This article describes how to work with these settings.
Working with products in a rule
The "Products" block is necessary to track customer interaction with products as well as to recommend products for purchase. If the customer bought or viewed the product (depending on the rule), the rule will be triggered taking into account additionally specified conditions.
Working with segments in rules
In the "Customer segment" block, one or several segments are selected to interact with the rule.
