Personal dates - This mechanic allows you to create individual offers for a customer related to a specific date (i.e birthdays).
- Personal date field - select one of the customer fields related to the "date" category, namely: "Birthday", "Registration date" or custom fields with the "Date" type.
- Customer segment.
- Actions for the rule.
Note
If the customer has a birthday on February 29, the rule will be executed on March 1st in a non-leap year.
Events (actions) for a customer are generated for all rules that apply to this customer. That is, if a customer falls under two rules of a personal date, the action will be performed for two rules.
